I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while building stronger, healthier relationships. I have experience working with diverse populations and specialize in relationship concerns, marriage and couples counseling, family therapy, cultural issues, and supporting BIPOC and first-generation clients.

My desire to become a therapist stems from my own cultural background and understanding of what it can feel like to lack encouragement and support. This perspective inspires me to create a space where clients feel valued, empowered, and understood as they work toward meaningful change.

My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable being themselves and know they are genuinely heard. I utilize evidence-based approaches to create an impactful and meaningful therapeutic experience. With a background in recreational therapy and specialized training in Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients strengthen their relationships while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and those around them.

When working with me, clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly discuss the challenges they are facing. During our first session, we will explore what brought them to therapy and identify goals that are meaningful to them. Together, we will build on existing strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to combine empathy with cultural awareness. I strive to understand each client’s unique experiences and tailor the therapeutic process to meet their individual needs. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and create lasting change.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy staying active at the gym, spending quality time with friends, and organizing as many playdates as possible for my two young children.
