Orendia specializes in helping couples and individuals navigate challenges such as current and past relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-worth, codependency, disordered eating, and addictive behaviors. Her approach is authentic and compassionate, with a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, healing, and allows clients to deeply explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change that honors their values.

She customizes her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs while providing personalized support and guidance through attentive listening and understanding of their experiences. Her understanding of healthy relationships, helpful skills and principles, a genuine approach, and a passion for helping others create an environment where her clients can feel safe and empowered as they pursue emotional wellness and meaningful change.

Orendia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University – Idaho and is completing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. Orendia enjoys learning, gardening, soft-hiking, music, voice-over, and spending time with family and friends.
