Jessica is a passionate and open-minded therapist. She embraces clients where they’re at, helping them navigate daily life challenges, diagnosis, and relationships, supporting individuals through trauma, hardships, and big transition, creating a space for healing, growth, and learning. She works to promote healing and growth with support to build autonomy, resilience, coping skills, understanding of self, and achieving personal life goals.

With a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Mental Health Counseling from Chaminade University Honolulu. Her education and work experiences have allowed her to work with university students, military and their families, at-risk youth, and individuals from all over the world with a wide variety of personal struggles and diagnoses.

Therapeutic Approach & Specialties
For almost two years she has been working as a counselor focused on creating positive therapeutic relationships with her clients believing it takes true connection to create a safe environment for healing and growth. She specializes in helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, autism spectrum, life transitions, and relationship issues. Using such techniques as Psychodynamic therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Humanistic, mindfulness, spiritual, alternative and holistic healing to meet each client’s unique needs.

Beyond the Therapy Room
In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing tennis, reading, being creative in many art forms such as music, crafts, cooking and baking. She finds joy in learning new things especially to better her craft with new therapy techniques, and above all, she loves to have fun. She is always joking around making others smile and laugh.
