Jen received her Masters of Social Work from Brigham Young University and is a licensed clinical social worker. She has worked with adults and adolescents in both residential and outpatient settings.

Jen has worked with individuals and families as they seek to navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma, autism, nonverbal learning disability, ADHD, and life transitions. Jen takes a client-centered approach to therapy with her clients while also using modalities of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Jen truly seeks to see the best in everyone she has the pleasure of working with and loves being able to offer support and tools to her clients.

Jen grew up in Utah Valley and loves spending time in the mountains. Her favorite things are traveling, singing, playing the piano, spoiling her nieces and nephews, and spending time with her husband.
