Caleb received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BYU and a Master’s Degree from the University of Denver. Caleb takes a client-centered approach and works to make therapy personalized and something that works of you. He has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, learning disability, autism, PTSD, trauma, substance use, ADHD. Caleb also welcomes those who identify with LGBTQI+. He has worked with domestic violence survivors in Utah shelters and transitional living. He is trained in trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, cultural humility, solution focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
His philosophy on therapy is one of collaboration. He is open and accepting of all beliefs, attitudes, and perspectives.
Caleb grew up in Utah and loves movies, game nights, and is always trying to find time to get to the nearest beach with a view of the ocean. He’s also a first-time dad trying to figure out all the unpredictabilities parenthood continually presents.
