CBT, DBT, Person – Centered, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Grief/Loss, 16+
For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to become a therapist. Since my teenage years, I’ve been drawn to the idea that having a supportive, trusted person to help navigate life’s challenges can make a meaningful difference. Today, I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. I work with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, and other life challenges. My therapeutic approach is flexible, collaborative, and client-centered. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique goals, strengths, and needs.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, respected, and supported. I believe that meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to bring empathy, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am the parent of four children, with one still at home. In my free time, I love reading, solving puzzles, and playing geeky board games. These interests reflect my appreciation for curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning, qualities that also influence my work as a therapist.
